First remove the entire powder container and try again to make a bottle. Should the unit now not give an error code, it is probably due to the construction of the powder container and/or how the powder container is placed.
If the code E06 is displayed, there are 3 possibilities:
1. Milk powder has gotten into the rotor, preventing it from rotating and thus from giving powder. In this case, the Milk Maker must be returned for repair. Please contact customer service for this.
2. The powder container has been inserted incorrectly with force, damaging the sensor. Hereby the rotor turns only half circles. In this case, the Milk Maker must be returned for repair. Please contact customer service.
3. Water got into the device during cleaning. This is the most common cause. What sometimes happens, if the Milk Maker has been cleaned very thoroughly, is that some moisture got into the display causing code E06 to appear. In this case, the rotor does spin, but stops quickly after turning on and gives code E06. If this is the case, the Milk Maker needs to dry thoroughly for a day or 2, then it will just work again.
Note: When cleaning, it is important to just wipe the unit itself with a cloth and make sure that all loose parts are thoroughly dry before putting them back. It is also important not to hold the unit upside down when emptying the boiler, but to do so as described in this manual (drain). This is because holding the machine upside down when emptying the boiler can also allow water to get into the machine itself, which can cause this type of error messages. Also, do not use water to clean the machine itself, just a cloth.
