Tips for successful pumping #
The portable Breast Pump is easy to use. If you practice a little, you will quickly get used to the Breast Pump.
1. Choose a time when you are not in a hurry or easily interrupted.
2. With your baby or a picture of your baby nearby, you can stimulate the flow of milk.
3. Before pumping, place a warm towel on your breast and lightly stimulate for a few minutes. This promotes milk flow and soothes your breast pain.
4. Warmth and relaxation can promote milk flow. Try pumping after a warm bath or shower.
5. Try pumping from one breast while your baby drinks from the other breast. You can also continue pumping after a feeding.
