This often happens because the machine has not been calibrated properly. Or the powder container and/or the rotating discs do not sit well on top of each other, which means that not enough powder can be added. Or the machine has not been cleaned often enough, which can cause lumps to form. We advise you to rinse the mixing funnel 2 times a day and to place it back completely dry. It is also very important to wipe the opening at the bottom of the milk powder container 2-3 times a day with a dry cloth. The milk powder container must be cleaned when it is empty.
