If the Milk Maker only gives powder, it must be sent for repair. Please contact customer service for this purpose. In some cases, the sensor is not responding properly and therefore it appears that the device is not working, but then it does not give powder either. You can always try to see if the unit does give water in C1. Often after that, the problem is solved.
