Check whether there is a blockage in the mixing funnel or in the outlet of the powder container. For this you need to remove the mixing funnel. We recommend removing the mixing funnel from the machine at least twice a day and wiping away any grit at the exit of the powder funnel with a dry cloth. In addition, check that the powder container is properly assembled and/or positioned.
